Our Services

  • Our support services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, with a focus on building confidence and encouraging meaningful community engagement. This can include assisting clients to attend events such as discos, sporting activities, AUSkick sessions, or supporting them to build social confidence within a school setting where appropriate.

We also create opportunities for clients to engage in cultural activities, whether through programs we facilitate ourselves or by attending sessions led by local knowledge holders. These experiences help strengthen cultural identity, connection to community, and personal confidence.

Our primary goal is to be a consistent support and a safe, trusted person for our clients, empowering them to participate in social and cultural settings with confidence and, over time, independently engage in these activities.

  • We provide our clients with opportunities to build confidence and independence by taking them out on Country to engage in cultural practices such as hunting and fishing. These activities not only strengthen cultural knowledge but also promote self-reliance and the ability to provide for loved ones, fostering a sense of pride and responsibility.

Through this funding item, we also support and encourage meaningful engagement in community activities, helping clients connect with others, develop new skills, and participate in events that align with their interests and goals.
